Returns
Thank you for shopping at TSUKI — Second Style Japan (月). We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and accessories intact.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used or worn by the customer
- Items with missing tags or accessories
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Please note it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
